Terms and Conditions
We want you to feel completely secure when ordering from us. We have therefore chosen to offer a proven and secure online payment method through PayPal.
Must be done within 14 days from that the goods has been received. You have the right to open the package to control the state of the goods, but the goods must be in unused condition in order to be returned. A return of the goods can be done through emailing our customer service – you will find our contact details below. Cancellation rights; If you wish to cancel your purchase and send a product back to us, we will pay the purchase price back to you when the goods has been returned. You as a customer are economically responsible for the return freight.

If your goods are damaged or faulty upon delivery you should always send a complaint to our customer service. It is the customers responsibility to examine the goods upon arrival for any transit damage or shortage of supply. Any complaints should be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
In order for us to approve the complaint:
A complaint must always be done, please do not only return the goods.
Product is missing; After control, the missing product will be sent to you.
Broken/defective; We will send out a new product. The entire product will be returned to us.
Expired date; Please do not forget to state when the product has expired. We do our assessment then.
Other reason; If the reason is another, it must be stated what the reason is.
The complaint can be done at the latest two weeks after the package is delivered.
Possible disputes concerning complaints will follow the National Board for Consumer Complaints, ARN:s, recommendations.

3. Change and cancellation of order
We change and cancel orders when possible but when your order is printed and packed we have no possibility to change or cancel it.
4. Time of delivery
Products in stock are normally sent within 1 working day after we have received your order. The packages are sent as first class mail. Delivery time to countries outside of Sweden can be 4-10 working days.
Normal delivery time is about three business days within Sweden.
5. Opening Hours
Our office are open weekdays between 9 AM to 4PM but our webshop is of course open 24/7.
6. Transporting set
We deliver our packages with the Swedish post office.
7. Order confirmation
Once we receive your payment we will send you an order confirmation email.
Please make a habit of checking your email to make sure that that the order confirmation is complete, if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please do not hesitate to contact our customer service immediately.
Save the order confirmation so you have it available if you need to contact our customer service. In addition, always check that the content of the package is the same as in the order confirmation upon delivery.
8. Errors in publication
We reserve ourselves the right to retrospectively correct prices, texts that has been printed/typed incorrectly on our homepage, in folders, on products or in other occurring media. We also reserve ourselves against potential price adjustments (such as changed prices from our suppliers, currency changes), changes in our stock and any technical errors in our webshop, browser or server.
9. Age limit
The age limit for mail-order purchases is 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age we will require your parent’s or guardian’s signature. We have however no automatic system that overlooks purchases that are done by minors, but should problems occur under this topic then please contact us as soon as possible so we can do a repurchase on the order and delete the minors account.
10. Protection of personal data
Pharmapro is responsible for the treatment of the personal data that you as our customer confide to us. Your personal data will be treated with our aim to maintain the customer relationship via folders, DM, mail and for other marketing purposes done by our company. We do not provide your personal information to any third parties. You can at any time demand that your personal information is corrected, is deleted or report that you do not want us to use that information in our direct marketing towards you.
